Can you tell us more about the issue you're having with your payroll account? That'll help us resolve the error you're having. 

 

Also, there are times that the piled-up cache in your regular browser caused an unusual behavior. Try logging in to your account using a private browser or an incognito window. If it works fine, clear the cache in the one that you're currently using.

 

Here’s how to go incognito or use a private browser:

  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

Hi melvage,

 

We've also received a similar concern from other customers, and we've already made our engineers aware of it. While waiting for the fix, please contact our Support. That way, you'll be subscribed to the open ticket (INV-47481) for updates. They have the tools to do this.

 

You can contact them from 6 AM to 6 PM PT Mon-Fri:

  1. Click on Help.
  2. Choose Talk to a human.
  3. Search for something like getting error when accessing payroll and press Enter on your keyboard.
  4. Select I still need a human.
