Is there a way to print out or export paystubs of all selected employees to separated .pdf files in QuickBook?
Currently I only know how to print out one by one.

Let me help you with this one, HandsomePacman.
If you are trying to save paystubs as PDF, we can access the Print Forms page. Let me guide you through the steps:
You'll now have PDF copies of your employee's paystub. To learn more, see the Print pay stubs in QuickBooks Desktop article. You can also send your employees digital copies where QuickBooks delivers each pay stub as a PDF to your employee’s email address. Then, it's password protected. For the steps and details, check out the Email pay stubs from QuickBooks Desktop article.
If ever you run into a problem when printing the forms, see the Troubleshoot printing pay checks, pay stubs and forms article to troubleshoot the issue. Feel free to visit our Payroll page for more insights about managing your payroll transactions on the software.
I want to make sure everything is taken care of for you, please let me know how it goes or if you have any other issues or concerns. Just leave a comment below and I'll get back to you. You have a good one.

This does not solve or address up to my question.
I did all of these steps just to get one employee paystubs pdf file on one period.
If I have to get 20 employees in one period, following your steps (which I already did) will make me have to go back in and repeat most of the 15 clicks the same way except for one single step whereby the different employee name is selected.
What I was asking is if there is a way to select 20 employees in one period, and export out to 20 .pdf files of each employee.
Please don't response with the instruction to print out 20 employees into 1 single pdf because it wouldn't help either and I know how to do it.
Thanks for the clarification, @HandsomePacman.
Currently, the option to export each employee's paystubs in PDF format is unavailable. You'll have to print and save them one by one.
In the meantime, you can try checking third-party applications that export paycheck or paystub in that format. Here's the link: Apps for QuickBooks Desktop.
