Join nowI know how important is it to pay your employees on time, jason134.
If the pay out date was last May 14, 2021, your employees should have received it last May 17, 2021. If they haven't received it yet, I'd recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support team so we can investigate this further.
If it's for today's payout, let's verify the status of the payroll you have sent. If you have either a 1-day lead time, ensure that you have submitted your payroll before 5:00 PM PST 1 business day prior to payday. Then, 5 banking days for 5-day lead time.
I've also added this reference for more information on why employees don't receive their direct deposit: When do I need to submit payroll to pay employees on time?
I'll be around if there's anything that I can help. Keep safe!
Thanks for the response Adrian. I spoke with Sean Warren on the Payroll help chat and he said someone from Operations would be getting back to me. My account has been put on hold and there is no reason for the hold and Sean in chat did not provide any further detail. Now I'm awaiting a contact from some unknown department to resolve this issue. I know I have paid my QB account as it directly hits my credit card each month and I've been doing this for 5 years now so I can't imagine why all of a sudden they put the account on hold on payday. Nothing has changed in the way I process on my side so I know this is a QB issue. I need to resolve and get back to my employees today that the problem has been fixed and they will get their pay (today or Monday at latest)...
