My live bookkeeper wasn't helpful. When I asked for a new bookkeeper, he said he will talk with his back support. However, he totally cancelled my bookkeeping service.

I have been paying for a live bookkeeper since July 2020. Now quickbooks is asking me to pay for a live bookkeeper. Why was bookkeeping cancelled and why do I need to start over. I uploaded statements on 13 accounts from July - December. Everything is gone! Is quickbooks requiring me to start over? How can a bookkeeper be so unprofessional and do this?

I wish I could make it better, @dmiddleton2011.

As much as I'd love to offer help and share information about your subscription with Live Bookkeeping, we've got separate support who can address this in no time.

Normally, it is you, the Company Owner and the Master Admin of the account has the ability to cancel your billing and subscription. You can read to learn more about your funds: The QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping Service.

That being said, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Service. With their tools, one of our specialists can pull up the account on file and discuss how you can claim your subscription.

In the same manner, here's an article you can read to learn more about how you can connect with our specialists: Contact your QuickBooks Live bookkeeper.

On top of that, I've also included this reference for a compilation of articles you can use while working with us: Focus on your business, not your books.

If you have any other questions, please let me know by leaving any comments below. I'll be here to lend a hand.
