My Tax checklist disappeared without first allowing me to send data to TurboTax. Any ideas?

I'll assist you in addressing the issue concerning the missing tax checklist in your QuickBooks, William.

It's possible that the issue is related to your browser. An outdated stored cache can affect the program's performance. To resolve this, let's open your QuickBooks Self-Employed account via a private window and perform some troubleshooting steps. You can use the following keyboard shortcuts:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N

Once you have signed in, access the tax checklist again. If it works, we can clear the browser's cache to ensure the program's efficient performance. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers to ensure the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.

Additionally, I've added these articles that'll help you prepare and file your taxes within the program:

Keep me posted if you need additional assistance exporting your tax checklist. I'm always here to help you out. have a good one.

After signing back in using a private window, I still do not see a tax checklist. I am using Chrome, and I also tried a different browser (Edge). Any other ideas, please? Thank you
