My tax checklist isn't showing up and I have tried clearing my cache. When can we transfer to Turbotax? Thanks
The checklist is already available, debcr8r.
We can perform other browser troubleshooting step aside from clearing your main browser's cache. We can log in to your QBSE account using a private browser. Another way to get rid of unexpected behavior is using other supported browsers such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Mozilla Firefox.

At the upper-right, click Assistant.
Select Talk to a human twice and then click I still need a human.
Click Get a callback.
