It’s February 1 and my list isn’t showing and I can’t get to TurboTax from QBSE and I have the bundle

The checklist is already available, debcr8r. 

 

We can perform other browser troubleshooting step aside from clearing your main browser's cache. We can log in to your QBSE account using a private browser. Another way to get rid of unexpected behavior is using other supported browsers such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Mozilla Firefox. 

 

If you get the same thing, I'd suggest reaching out to us so we can look into your account. Our Phone Support Agents can also help you export your tax checklist into TurboTax. 

  1. At the upper-right, click Assistant
  2. Select Talk to a human twice and then click I still need a human
  3. Click Get a callback
