They've given up and so have I!
Yeah, I just noticed I opened this ticket in April. They clearly don't care to fix it.
What is the status of this bug (INV-70358)?
Hi jluros,
Hope you're having a good day!
As of the moment, the investigation number is still showing open in our records. However, this has already been forwarded to the engineers. We're just waiting for their updates.
If you have any other questions about the case, please don't hesitate to comment below.
Jess,
It's been open since April. REALLY?
Ok, but seriously. Can you share anything that's actually approaching remotely helpful or substantive, or is this just a black hole like out of Brazil (not the country, but rather the dystopian movie).
+1 on this issue.
With the recent QuickBooks for Mac 2021 update (v20.0.10 R11.1) I thought I'd give this another try because it triggered My Time to prompt for the update, and the 1.3.0.472 update specifically says...
However, the update still doesn't work, My Time 1.3.x is not compatible QuickBooks for Mac 2021 and never has been.
Really Intuit we need a fix here, we're coming up on 6+ months since @jluros first opened this issue.
Thanks,
Max
I know this has been very challenging for you maxwellk2. I appreciate you performing some steps so you can sync the My Time app to your QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.
We can create a backup (ending in .imt) and uninstall your current My Time version. Then, we can download and install this more updated compatible version (My Time v1.3.x) to your QuickBooks for Mac 2021 update (v20.0.10 R11.1). Here's how to download it successfully:
3. Paste the link on a new tab, then hit the Enter key to download the application.
We can also upgrade your QuickBooks version to QuickBooks Desktop for Mac 2021 version or higher to keep it compatible with your My Time 1.3.0.472 R16 and Mac OSX Monterey 12.4 (21F79) version.
If the issue persists for both of you, I recommend contacting QuickBooks Desktop for Mac support. For more information about this app, you can check out these articles:
For more resources, while tracking your time and other entries, you can also open the topics from our help articles as your guide in the future: Related topics for QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.
Please let me know how this goes. I'd love to know updates about this. Feel free to post here again if you have any other questions about the integration of My Time and QBDT. Have a great day ahead and take care.
@RCV, sorry, this simply does not work and no amount of technical support will fix this problem. Please see attached....
Appreciate the update, @maxwellk2.
I hear you and I want to ensure this matter is addressed timely so you're able to download and use the My Time application in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.
Currently, we have an ongoing issue where customers, like you, have been unable to use the My Time app. Rest assured our engineering team is aware and they've been all hands on deck working to fix this as soon as possible.
While we are unable to provide the exact turnaround time as to when the such problem is fixed, let's consider downloading the app using this link: Download My Time Application.
However, I assure you that all the updates will be sent via the email address we have on file. Therefore, I still recommend contacting our Customer Care Support so you'll be added to the list of affected users. To do so:
For now, I'm including this reference so you're able to use all the features and functions of QuickBooks: Help Articles in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac. You're able to read subtopics that will describe how a feature is used and how to accomplish tasks related to its functions.
We appreciate your patience as we're working on this matter. Please let me know in the comments below if you have any other questions aside from working with timesheets and application integration in QuickBooks. I'll be here to lend a helping hand.

This is an absolute lie. Don't gaslight your customers. You knew this was a false statement when you made it, so please don't treat your customers like idiots. Intuit could have fixed this problem months ago if it really wanted to, which it obviously doesn't. Just fix the problem and stop wasting our time.
