We have updated a better way of contacting support without publishing our phone number. You can do this by requesting a callback or messaging an agent. Also, please check out our support hours and contact us at a time convenient to you.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click Help at the top right.
3. Select the Contact us button below.
4. Enter a short description of your concern and click the Let's talk button.
5. Click Get a callback under to talk to our specialist.

I talked to two peope on chat last night for four hours.  I need someone to call me.  I had 2020 desk Plus and now it is gone and the man told to install 2021 but cant get it to come up.  please call me on the phone.  This is a business.
