Thank you for posting here in the Community. I want to make sure you're getting the right support in getting the New Hire reports in your QuickBooks Online Full Service Payroll (QBFSP).
Currently, the email method isn't a supported option to contact the QBFSP team. It's because we have updated our support options. I suggest using our chat or callback feature to reach our payroll support.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu, then click Contact Us.
- Enter your concern in the description field and hit Let's talk.
- Choose either Start messaging or Get a callback.
- Complete the required information to accomplish the process.
