New Hire Reporting

Federal Law requires New Hire Reports in 20 days. QBFSP has failed to fulfill this requirement. Does anyone have a way to reach them by email? Every email address I have for them no longer works.

New Hire Reporting

Thank you for posting here in the Community. I want to make sure you're getting the right support in getting the New Hire reports in your QuickBooks Online Full Service Payroll  (QBFSP). 

 

Currently, the email method isn't a supported option to contact the QBFSP team. It's because we have updated our support options. I suggest using our chat or callback feature to reach our payroll support.

 

Here's how: 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then click Contact Us.
  2. Enter your concern in the description field and hit Let's talk.
  3. Choose either Start messaging or Get a callback.
  4. Complete the required information to accomplish the process.
