Not getting paycheck from quickbooks

My employer states she uses quickbooks. I have not received a check in 2 months. I am told it is because quickbooks keeps taking money from my employers account but then isn’t issuing a check to the employees. I am not sure if this is is true though. Is it a possibility?

Not getting paycheck from quickbooks

I acknowledge the challenges you're encountering with getting a paycheck from QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Krock66. Rest assured, I'm here to assist you.

Before we start, I'd like to verify that not getting the paycheck you mentioned is a copy of your paycheck. If yes, I'd recommend reaching out to your employer to send an invite to Workforce.

QuickBooks Workforce makes it easy and secure for you to view and manage your paychecks, W-2s, and other employee info. If your employer just sent you an email invite to the Workforce, you can now accept the workforce invite. Let me help guide you on how.

  1. Look for an email from Intuit Services (QBOPayrollNoReply@intuit.com) with the subject "Finish setting up with (insert business name here)."
  2. Open the email, then select the Get access for paychecks link to accept the invite. Remember that you can only use this link once.
  3. Create an Intuit account, or sign in with your existing one. An Intuit account lets you access multiple Intuit services using a single login. If you have a Mint or Turbotax account, you can use the same login for your QuickBooks Workforce.

Once completed, you can now view, download, or print paychecks.

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Workforce.
  2. Select the Paychecks menu from the left.
  3. View, download, or print your latest paycheck or past paychecks.
  4. To view your latest paycheck, quickly check the information about your paycheck, including net pay, total hours, worked, and pay date at the top of the page. To see your paycheck’s breakdown or to download a PDF version you can print, it and select View detail.

For more information, you may check this article: QuickBooks Workforce, Access your paychecks and W-2s online.

Additionally, you can visit this article to see and print your pay stubs online or in the mobile app: View your pay stubs, time off, and year-to-date pay in QuickBooks Workforce. Simply scroll down to the section you need and select each dropdown for the detailed steps.

Don't hesitate to drop a reply below if you continue to get the same results so I can look further into this. I want to make sure you can access your paychecks, @Krock66. Have a great rest of your day.

Not getting paycheck from quickbooks

I have not received pay in almost 2 months. I am not referring to a copy of my pay stub. My employer is telling me quickbooks is taking money from her bank account for payroll, but is not issuing the checks.
