Join nowOurs either, apparently this is an issue being investigated, but I'm concerned because our employees need their money TODAY! Does anybody know how long issues such as this usually take to be resolved?

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.
Currently, we have a high contact volume both via phone and chat. Please bear with us and know that our representatives will be happy to help you once they reach you.
