Our employees did not get their pay today in their accounts, but our payroll processed. We got a confirmation email, Please advise, just confirming they will be paid.

Cant call or chat says channels are closed :(

Our employees did not get their pay today in their accounts, but our payroll processed. We got a confirmation email, Please advise, just confirming they will be paid.

Ours either, apparently this is an issue being investigated, but I'm concerned because our employees need their money TODAY! Does anybody know how long issues such as this usually take to be resolved?

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.
