Pay stubs in Workforce

I am using workforce, I can see my account information but I can not print a pay stub. If I go to the download it gives me an overview of the account not a gross pay versus net pay like an actual pay stub. Please help, need the pay stub for a bank loan.

Ensure that you have the updated Adobe Acrobat or Reader installed on your computer. This is one of the common reason why you're unable to print a pay stub.

 

To check which version of Adobe Acrobat you have, click the Start button and then go to Programs & Features.

 

You can update it through this link: Automatic updates for Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader.

First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

 

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

 

If you're able to print a paystub, I recommend clearing your browser's cache so you can access QuickBooks Workforce with a clean slate. You may also use a different supported browser.

 

Otherwise, let's continue to the next step. Occasionally, certain updates reset the default settings to a pop-up blocker on your browser. To disable pop-up blockers, follow:
