Ideally, you'll only need to use one payroll account for a single subscription. With this, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Care Team so someone can pull up your account, securely, and confirm the emails you received.
With their tools, he/she can pull up your payroll account history, confirm the type of your subscription, and help you renew it. To do so:
- Go to Help.
- Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter Payroll Subscription in the Tell us more about your question: field.
- Select Search.
- Click Message an Agent.
