Payroll Annual and Enhanced Payroll Plus

I got two emails just now, both indicating that subscriptions would renew. One was for "Intuit QuickBooks Payroll Annual." The other was for "Enhanced Payroll Plus." 

 

Do I need Payroll Annual and then Enhanced Payroll Plus is an add-on to it? Or has Intuit made a mistake and if I want Enhanced Payroll Plus then I don't need Payroll Annual?

Payroll Annual and Enhanced Payroll Plus

Ideally, you'll only need to use one payroll account for a single subscription. With this, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Care Team so someone can pull up your account, securely, and confirm the emails you received.

 

With their tools, he/she can pull up your payroll account history, confirm the type of your subscription, and help you renew it. To do so:

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter Payroll Subscription in the Tell us more about your question: field.
  5. Select Search.
  6. Click Message an Agent.
