Payroll deduction set up incorrectly at post-tax instead of pre-tax

Trying to convert health insurance deduction that was set up incorrectly as post-tax instead of pre-tax. In addition to changing it on a go-forward basis - would like to reverse and correct the deductions and related taxes for the year so W2 is correct. I created a new deduction type that is pre-tax, but I can't enter a negative number in the prior post-tax deduction to net its YTD to zero. If I simply change the prior deduction from post-tax to pre-tax, I am assuming it will only correct on a go-forward basis.

Please advise.

Let me route you to the right support to get this taken care of right away, @AGonz

In cases like this, you may need to contact our Payroll Care Team for help in performing the payroll correction as well as the tax reporting for the payroll side. They'll be the one to do it for you as they have tools capable of pulling up your account in a secure environment, which we are unable to do so here in the Community, and perform payroll corrections upon a request.

To reach them, click the ? Help button at the top-right corner and select Contact Us to talk with a live agent. Ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available.
