Payroll direct deposits did not go through.

On hold with QB chat and on phone for 58 minutes .... still on hold

Payroll direct deposits did not go through.

I have been on hold for 90+ minutes for the same issue. QB has disabled the chat feature. Has anyone received any updates on the status of a resolution?

We’re pleased to inform you that the Direct Deposit issue for April 30 has been resolved already. Your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of day today.
