We can edit the Payroll period of Scheduled payroll so the date is correct and won't show as overdue.
Here's how:
- Go to the Employees menu at the top.
- Select Payroll Center
- Under the Create Paychecks table, locate and select the payroll schedule you want to update.
- From the Payroll Schedules ▼ dropdown menu, select Edit Schedule.
- Update the Payroll period in the Edit Payroll Schedule window.
- Select Yes to update the payroll schedule for all the employees assigned to it.
- Click OK.
