Hi - I didn't see the phone number or email for customer support on this. QBO shows both payrolls processed successfully but they didn't go to our banks. I contacted chat - waited an hour and mckinsey closed after less than 5 minutes saying she waited long enough for a response as i was scrambling to get to the screen. it's now been another 11 minutes with no response and this is a big issue for us!

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.

I tried using the chat button with a phone call back, I received 3 phone calls back, two operators dropped my call, one guy gave me a phone number that does not work.
I need help with a payroll expert as one of my reports is not working correctly after I up dated my QuickBooks and I can not balance.
