I'm here to help merge your bank accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @patsyrusso48.

QuickBooks only allows you to merge bank accounts that aren't used for an Online Banking feature. 

If you want to merge bank accounts that have reconciliation reports, you'll want to make sure that the reports are saved. Please know that the transactions will remain on the merged account as reconciled.

Here's how to merge bank accounts:

1. Click Accounting from the left menu, then select Chart of Accounts.
2. Select the bank account you want to keep and choose Edit in the View register drop-down.
3. Take note of the name and detail type. Check if the Is sub-account option is marked. If it's marked, remember the parent account associated.
4. Click Cancel to go back to the Chart of Accounts.
5. Select the account you want to merge, then select Edit from the View register drop-down.
6. Change the Name and Detail Type, then mark Is sub-account as appropriate. 
7. Click Save, then Yes to confirm.
