Join nowI can not pring my 2020 W-2 forms. I have changed the preference to 3 perforated and
all it will print is 4 perforated. Even if you change to blank paper it prints 4 perforated.
I have put in a help ticket with Intuit.
Thanks for sharing your concern here in the Community, @Renee104.
I'm glad that you've reached to our customer support. I've got additional info that can fix your W-2 printing issue.
Sometimes local internet cache files stored in the system can cause unexpected behavior in the product. This can be the reason why you're unable to change your printing preferences in QuickBooks.
Let's access your account in a private window and change the printing settings again. This way, we can check if the issue is browser-related.
Here's how:
If you're able to alter your preferences, then let's clear the cache in your web browser or try using a different supported browser. It could be a temporary issue with QuickBooks and the current browser that you use.
If you're still getting the same result, update the Adobe Reader/Acrobat to its latest version or repair its installation. This will fix most of the printing problems in QuickBooks Online.

I did everyone of those steps yesterday with Quickbooks Online support team.
They are opening a ticket on the issue.
I may just buy 4 part perforated forms to be able to get them printed.
Thank you
Renee
