But, I would still suggest reaching out to our Payroll Support team. They can pull up your account which I am unable to do here in the Community space for security purposes. Also, they can further assist you with adjusting your W-2.
Here's how to reach out to them:
- Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
- Select QuickBooks Online.
- Click on Search for something else and enter your concerns in the Tell us more about your questions.
- Tap Search.
- Click on Start a message.
