We currently have an on-going issue were QuickBooks Online users cannot submit electronically their form VA-6. Rest assured that our engineers are all hands in finding a permanent fix.
As an alternative, I suggest filing your forms to Virginia's Department of Taxation website using their Online Services for Businesses. Or you can manually file your forms for now.
Lastly, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Customer Care so you'll be added to the list of affected users. Once added, you'll receive an email if updates become available.

Any updates on this bug? There have been no updates in two weeks and when I click on the Quickbooks Customer Care link I receive a "Message Not Found" error. For those of us with subscriptions to Quickbooks and Payroll, this is a critical deficiency in the product at a very important time of year.

I've checked our records and I don't see an open investigation for the Form VA-6 anymore. Let's do some browser troubleshooting steps instead and see if you can file it.
Please log in to QuickBooks in a private browser, and file the form. If it goes through, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. If not, you can try other browsers.
