Let me guide you on how to set up your payroll in QuickBooks Desktop, APSllc1.

 

You'll have to make sure to provide some of your company information needed for your payroll setup such as company information, compensation, and benefits, employees, direct deposit, tax information, prior payroll, and liability information.

 

Once done, make sure to activate QuickBooks Desktop Payroll before running the Payroll Setup Wizard. Please check out the links below:

Then, start Payroll Setup Wizard. Here's how:

  1. To set up your Payroll, open QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Select the Employees tab in the top toolbar.
  3. Scroll and select Payroll Setup in the dropdown menu to open the wizard.
  4. Follow the Payroll Setup Wizard.
