Thank you for responding so quickly, and I appreciate you providing me with some information and steps to take.  Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make any of those work.  I even tried the link on other computers and devices, and still no luck.  Thanks again!

The paycheck calculator should work perfectly fine and calculates paychecks accordingly. Also, I've checked from our records and haven't found any ongoing investigation about this problem. For now, we can start by checking the pop-up blockers. Some times, the pop-up windows are being blocked causing the button or link unresponsive.
