Quickbooks Online Advanced - Payroll Test, Cannot Use TSheets

Hello!  I recently upgraded to Quickbooks Online Advanced and tested out the Quickbooks Payroll to see if this is somethin I wanted to use for my company.  We eventually opted to go with a managed service from Paychex.   When I go to click on TIME, to access TSheets which is included with my Quickbooks Online Advanced, it says "Your account has been cancelled", prompting me to re subscribe to Quickbooks Payroll.

What do I need to do to use TSheets but not Quickbooks Payroll since I am using Paychex.  I have tried everything to no avail.

Best,

Cliff

Quickbooks Online Advanced - Payroll Test, Cannot Use TSheets

I'll share a way on how you can integrate TSheets to your QuickBooks Online account, cliffbot.

You can go to QuickBooks Apps and find TSheets Time Tracking, or sign in to your account and follow these steps:

  1. On the left panel, click Apps.
  2. Type TSheets Time Tracking in the search field.
  3. Select the app and click the Get app now button.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to login to an existing account, or start a free trial for TSheets.

If you'd like to know more about the process, you can read these articles:

  1. TSheets and QuickBooks Online integration FAQs
  2. Integrate TSheets and QuickBooks Online

For any additional questions or other concerns with your QuickBooks Online, please feel free to leave a Reply on this thread. I'll be here to help.

Thank you for your post.  When I go to add time sheet through your instruction and log in to TSheets it says your account has been cancelled and to resubscribe to Quickbooks Payroll.

Quickbooks Online Advanced - Payroll Test, Cannot Use TSheets

Hi there, cliffbot. Thanks for following up with the Community.

I appreciate you trying to install the QuickBooks Online integration add-on. Since you're receiving the same message that displays when you try accessing TSheets from within your books, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care Team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.

If you have the computer or mobile apps, here's how you can contact them:

TSheets Computer App:

  1. Hit the Help (?) icon.
  2. Search for existing support articles.
  3. Select Chat Now.

TSheets Mobile Apps:

  1. Tap Settings or More, then Settings.
  2. Press Help & Support.
  3. Choose one of the available help options.

In the event you're also unable to access your TSheets account in the applications, or you don't have them yet, you can follow the steps in our Contact TSheets article to reach a support agent.

Be sure to review their hours of operation so you'll know when agents are available.

If there's anything else I can help with, I'm just a post away. Have a wonderful day!
