When I downloaded 2020 version I had to go to my email to get the license number and when I returned to finish installing it I had to put all my information in again including my credit card information. As much as I would love to take care of this, we're unable to pull up your account here in the Community space without asking for your account. I don't want them to be displayed here for security purposes.

Case:15108779304 service on hold - Tech Name: Elijah
Please get someone to explain why my account is on hold since Nov 27; QuickBooks is taking my funds. My account has been on hold for 16 days. The below transaction have been deducted from my check account:
Nov 28 $189.77 Employee Paycheck
Nov 28 $1868.88 Account Balance
Nov 29 $630.74 Employee Paycheck
Nov 29 $100.00 QuickBooks NFS Fee
Nov 29 $1138.34 Account Balance
Nov 30 $189.77 ACH Claim (Paid Employee with cash)
Nov 30 $1302.91 Account Balance
Why do I have to pay Quick Books $189.77 plus $100 for NSF when my money paid for the Employee check that was returned because I paid them cash.

QuickBooks did not use any of their funds to pay my employee. The money was returned to my account do to overpayment.
Please return my $28977 because my account had a largest enough balance to cover the payment.
I HAVE TALKED TO 3 DIFFERENT TECHS AND THEY SAY MY ACCOUNT IS CLEARED AND THEY CAN SEE WHERE I PAY THE NSF FEE. HOWEVER, THEY NEED A LETTER FROM MY BANK SAYING MY ACCOUNT IS GOOD. THE BANK QUICKBOOKS ACCOUNT TECH SAID HE OR THE BANK DON'T WHAT DOCUMENTS THEY NEED. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME GET MY EMPLOYEES PAID. WE HAVE 2 WEEKS OF PAYROLL BACKED UP, PLEASE HELP ME THIS VERY STRESSFUL. THE LAST QUICKBOOKS TECH SAID GIVE HIM 2 HOURS AND HE WILL CALL ME BACK. I SURE HOPE HE DOES.
