Adjust payroll that has already been paid

Payroll was overstated but paid and EFT did not go through, but taxes have been reported. I'd like to void the payment and start over.

This is a system wide issue with QB, not on your end. We are all waiting to hear from QB on how they will be resolving this issue that has left so many without getting paid today. Employees will now not see their payroll until Monday at least since we are at the end of the work week.

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.
 

We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment.
