After Quickbooks Payroll Expires what happens

Hi, I am not having any employees anymore since April 2020, I don't want to upgrade to QB Premier 2020 since I don't need the payroll anymore and it is pretty expensive to upgrade

BUT what happens with the first 4 month I did payroll, can I still do my W2, W3 941 940 forms even after payroll expires on May 31st 2020, will my data still be there.

Thank you for your advice

After Quickbooks Payroll Expires what happens

Good morning, @infogaby

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

You can still download and save the W2, W3, 941, and 940 forms after the subscription has been ended. Your data will still be there. For more information, you can check out QuickBooks Payroll Services and Features for QuickBooks Desktop.

Also, when its time to download and save the forms, check out Process, print, and save QuickBooks Desktop Payroll tax forms
