Alert that employee's information is not entered completely, but it is.

I got your back, uflarissa.

If you've already reviewed the information entered in your Employee's information, we can try performing some basic troubleshooting to isolate this case.

It's possible this could have something to do with temporary internet files. Browsing applications store these types of records, but sometimes they can cause issues with certain webpages. You can open a private window and check to see if the file displays correctly.

Here's how to access incognito mode in some of the most commonly used web browsers:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

If the same issue repeats while browsing privately, it's safe to say this problem's being caused by your browser. It can be fixed by clearing cached data and Intuit-specific cookies.

In the event it continues occurring while using incognito, you'll initially want to try switching to other supported browser

Also, here's an article that includes more details on how you can edit the employee's information: Add or edit an employee in Online Payroll.

Additionally, we have easy-to-access articles, webinars, and video tutorials that will help you in familiarizing the different tasks, features, and functions of QBO. Below are the following:

Get back to me with additional questions while working with payroll or anything about QuickBooks. I'd be more than happy to help. Have a good one.

Hi uflarissa,

Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the incomplete employee information you had the other day. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at any time.

Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
