When I click on e payments my quickbooks shuts down. It is not calculating my federal unemployment FUTA. I was on for 2 hours with support she didn't know what to do. Her supervisor wasn't worth two cents. She tried. I ran the tool hub and data rebuild etc. etc. to no avail. Quickbooks took the FUTA 940 money out because its in my bank statement. But its not in quickbooks..
She tells me to call the irs. The irs cannot come here and fix my quickbooks software. Once this business is done we will open another. Can you recommend an easy software?

I tried that it didn't work. When I log in from my desktop pro QuickBooks then my computer/QuickBooks freezes. I cannot do anything else in QuickBooks. I used to contact quickbooks by [phone number removed] and the message tells me that I can no longer use that number. They have cut us off.

I'm profoundly hearing impaired. To not be able to get any chat support in the United States is UNREAL. I'm beyond FRUSTRATED that the chat support doesn't work.
