Anyone else have direct deposits that did not go through on 4-30-21

Me! Everything processed normally but was never deposited. Waiting on a 17 minute call back for over an hour now.

Me too!  None of my employees have been paid today!!!

I've read several times that it is resolved, but it's 3:30 and still no draft from my bank or deposits for my employees. If you don't get it corrected by 5:00 and employees have to wait until Monday it's going to be a huge deal. If you just tell us they aren't going to get it today, at least we could write checks for those that need them.

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.

We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment.

Yes, I completely agree. The funds have not been withdrawn from my account, and by 5 PM it will be too late for me to do anything to help my employees. This is ridiculous. 

Exactly!!! I have employees going out of town and now they are waiting around for their paychecks. If they wait around until 5 and still no paychecks then they waited around for nothing. They claimed to have fixed this issue at 11:01 it’s 2:30 and still haven’t deposited.

That is exactly my point! The money has not been withdrawn from the bank account yet which means the funds will not be available to employees until Monday not today. This is not acceptable to ask them to wait three days for their paychecks. In the meantime I cannot just issue checks instead or I will wind up paying them twice. I cannot reach an actual human on the phone to find out what I can do to get them paid today. TODAY, not Monday. I want answers as to why this happened. This is all unacceptable! If anybody gets through and can get an answer, please share. I want to get these folks paid today!
