Currently, the filing of the 941x form is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. You'll need to file it manually.
However, you can print a payroll report and use it as your basis when filing 941. Let me show you how.
Once finished, you can manually file it outside of QuickBooks.

RE: Currently, the filing of the 941x form is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. You'll need to file it manually.
That's odd! It's a rather basic form that has been available in QuickBooks Desktop for at least a decade. Desktop will even pre-fill it for you like the regular 941.
There are so many reasons QBO is worse and this is one of them. ERC has been going on for at least a year, and you still haven't provided well paying customers a simple form in Online.
This coupled with if I moved all my customers online, I'll be charged separately for every company I provide payroll services for on top of the already more expensive accounting price.
It may be time for me to make a switch end of year.
