I'll help with that, rtbob.
The program will prompt you to enter a PIN, we try to update our direct deposit bank account. A PIN is composed 8 to 12 characters used for sending payroll information through Direct Deposit. If we've entered our it 3 times incorrectly, we'll be locked out of the payroll service for 15 minutes.
Since you don't know PIN, we'll be performing a PIN replacement request. We can start by downloading the PIN request form. Once done, we'll have to fill it out and fax it to the phone number on the form. Please take note the form must be signed by the primary principal or secondary principal. The primary principal is the person you've assigned as the owner of the company when you signed up for the direct deposit service.
In the form, we'll need to indicate the EIN (Employer Identification Number) of the company that is requesting for PIN replacement. We also need a photocopy or picture of any government-issued ID (e.g. drivers license) of the Primary Principal. Please make sure that the name and the signature in the ID are clear, and the ID is not expired.
Once we've gathered all the requirements, we can now send it to:
After sending it, your company's payroll administrator or primary principal can contact our Customer Care Team to get the new PIN. Here's how to connect with us:
