Join nowIs there a way to get in contact with the banking department at QB's instead of just the poor tech support? I submitted a DD limit increase and have called support about it 3 times last week. The problem I am having is that it is a spin off of an existing company that just opened their bank account in November so we don't have the 6 months of bank statements to submit. We submitted 6 months of bank statements from the original company but can't seem to get tech support to understand that. They are lost as to what to do if it isn't in their "script". I requested someone from banking contact me on Thursday morning and I still haven't been contacted. I will be processing payroll again in a few days and would really like to get this resolved.
I'll point you in the right direction for your query about the direct deposit limit increase request you have with your QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll.
You can submit an online request through this page: DD Limits and Faster Funding Requests. A quick heads up, go through the Request Tips section to learn more on how the process goes.
If you encounter any problems with direct deposits for your QBO Payroll, you can refer to this article: Fix direct deposit issues. It's a list of FAQs about direct deposit, along with their answers.
I'm here to help with any other QBO Payroll-related questions you may have. Drop them in the comments below, and I'll handle them for you.
You should tell your customers, you do NOT increase the limit. I spoke with your HIGH END support and was escalated to higher support...and there was no giving on your side. Your limit is $49,999.99 for a check. PERIOD. We manufacture boats...and sell by the load...that is like 5 boats...do you know that every check we have ever had, for over 30 years, is over $100,000...and ya'll did NOT even bother to look at our account or anything. You just said no you wouldn't do it. I wonder how many customers you have that deposit checks over that amount. NONE.
I am sure.
You wouldn't even look at our submission of bank statements...we were only told it could not be done.
