I'm glad to know that you're using direct deposit, @Chelsea123.

Every time you create or send a direct deposit, your employees' paystubs will send to QuickBooks Workforce. Your employees can create an account on that website to see their pay stubs and W2s as well. I'll guide you through it.

There's a setting in your employee's profile in QuickBooks to send them an invitation to create an account for that site.

1. Go to Workers and select Employees.

2. Select the employee you need to resend the invitation to

3. In the Personal info section, Select Resend next to “Invite this employee to view their pay stubs and W-2’s Online." Or, put a checkmark in it if it wasn't checked in the first place.

4. Select Done. This will send a new email invitation to the employee.

When your employees receive the invitation emails, they can sign up for a QuickBooks Workforce account. They can follow the steps in this article: View your paychecks and W-2s online in QuickBooks Workforce.

Additionally, they will be asked to enter the net pay of their last pay and their SSN during sign-up. Please be sure to share their net pay amount with them. You can check that by going to WorkersEmployees, and selecting Paycheck Lists on the right.

For more in-depth information about Workforce, refer to this article: Invite employees to view paychecks and W-2’s online.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you still need help with pay stubs. Have a good day!

Hi, @Chelsea123.

Hope you're doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about sending the check stub via direct deposit you had yesterday. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I'd be happy to help you at any time.

Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
