Does anyone else experience an issue where service rate is not calculating on billable hours?

I entered time entries this week for serveral hourly services. The services have an rate associated with them. When i look at transactions, the amount is the hours multiplied by the service hourly rate.

BUT for some reason this week when i enter time the amount is showing as $0 or $1. THe rate is not calculating. Is there a system issue or did something change?

Accurate time tracking is essential for managing employees productivity, frank. However, I know sometimes you'll encounter issues with time entries, from calculation errors to synchronization problems. I'll walk you through the effective troubleshooting steps to ensure your time entries are calculated accurately.

Given that this issue about time entries not calculating has only appeared this week, I suggest we start with some basic troubleshooting steps to see if it's related to your web browser. We can access your account using an incognito or private window. Sometimes, unexpected software issues can be caused by the web browser, such as a full cache or outdated internet files. An incognito or private window doesn't store internet data like cookies, history, or cached files from previous sessions, providing a clean browsing environment.

Please use the following keyboard shortcuts specific to your browser type:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If the private browsing session is successful, clear the browser's cache to reset the system. Clearing the cache refreshes the system and allows you to start anew. This process can also be performed on supported and updated web browsers that are recommended for optimal performance with QuickBooks.

Thank you, Erika. Except this proposed solution did not correct the problem. Do you have another suggestions?
