I could not find the option "Enter [current year] prior pay details.". How can I find it? Do I need to reset payroll?
Let me provide some information about entering the previous payroll in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Tfp1201-.
The Enter [current year] prior pay details option is only available when there are no paychecks created yet in QBO. We can find it go back to Payroll and select Finish adding your team. Then, select the employee and scroll down to see the Enter [current year] prior pay details option. If that option is unavailable, there's no need to reset your payroll. What we can do is to contact our Payroll Support Team. They'll access your account and create an adjustment to record the old payroll transactions before using QBO.
