I have received the worst customer service from a QuickBooks online Supervisor. I have been trying to get a refund for our QuickBooks Online payroll subscription that they have been charging us since JANUARY, which never worked, we never even could set up payroll, and we filed multiple complaints and requested support multiple times QuickBooks did NOTHING but keep charging us for the payroll portion. Now, they tell me they CANNOT refund me the full amount, how is that even possible? We never used it, we never were able even to set our employees up, and they never helped or solved any issue, why should we pay for a product that does not work? After thousands of calls and follow-ups taking me nowhere, I receive a call from Debbie Cole, a supervisor who was VERY VERY RUDE, hung off on my face, and did not do the minimum effort to solve my issue, the only thing she did was close the case and told me to take the three months refund and run, she literally told me that just take it and be happy with it. Ad the work thing is that you are never able to file a complaint about these employees, such bad customer service and a lot of better is getting this bad service. Believe me, I am so done trying to be patient and trying to sort things out. If anybody else has a great option for small business accounting besides QuickBooks please let me know.

Thank you, Michelle, I would really appreciate it if you can arise this complaint, It is not fair for businesses as your customers to go through all this hassle and get bad support from a supervisor.
I own a large Houston M&A firm and other companies AND work with wealthy investors. I was lured into using QuickBooks and TurboTax a few years ago to save the enormous amount of time and headaches caused by using accounting firms for simple tax strategies. Your software and non-existent customer service is putting my companies in danger as neither QuickBooks Self-Employed nor TurboTax Business are functional as promised. Last year I was told to link my bank accounts and credit cards to QuickBooks and let you do my bookkeeping and taxes, and my troubles would disappear. VERY fraudulent promises!! NOW…you have not recorded transactions, and nobody can speak English or returns my phone calls. I am back where I start every year. Lots of lies, incompetence, ZERO support, and no means of communication as the salespeople lie and disappear.
Please have an English-speaking tech support person contact me or reimburse all my accounts and I can find a local tax expert. Investors? I deal with thousands and I’m a gonna tell them you are trash!
I need to file a complaint with Quickbooks. They e stole nearly $15000 from my account and I get nothing but a run around from them in trying to resolve it. Is there a direct line I call. I’m ready to take legal action.

@Rjkkbrown They are doing this to SOOOOOO many of their customers. Most are having to wait weeks, if not months (Nearly a year) to get their money released. At that point, QB has given it to the state of the person they took it from, then they have to turn around and collect it from their own state.
If you use the Search bar at the top of any page here in the community, you will find a few threads that talk about a class action lawsuit.
I'm so sorry they suckered you in and took your money.
