Thank you! My team member has previously used TurboTax to file her taxes. She is experiencing a conflict with her login on QB time and cannot complete the process to load her time app.

I can share some insights on how to isolate this issue and ensure your employee can seamlessly log in to their QuickBooks (QB) Time account.
You'll want your employee to update their QB Time app to the latest release to ensure they have the newest patches and fixes.
If this is not the case, I suggest contacting our support team to investigate this issue. They have the proper tools to look into their account and verify the cause of this. They can also perform additional troubleshooting steps to fix this.
