Hello there, @augean. Welcome to the Community.

Yes, there's a way to print your previous years' W2s (from 2020 or 2019) using the latest software update of QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP). Let's go to the Archived forms page to complete this process, and I'll gladly show you how.

When you've saved your W2 copies for 2019 or 2020 in your QBOP account, you can reprint them on the Archive forms page. To do this, here's how:

  1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll tax.
  2. Select Filings, then click Archive80.PNG
  3. Set the dates in the Start date and End date fields.
  4. You can utilize the Filter option to narrow down your search.
  5. Click View to open Adobe Reader in a new window. 81.PNG
  6. Select the print icon on the Reader toolbar. Then select Print again.

You can read this article for the complete guide in printing W2 and W3 forms in QBOP: Print your W-2 and W-3 forms.

Also, you may want to check out this article as your reference to answer your most commonly asked W2 questions in QBO: Get answers to your W-2 questions.

Let me know if you have other payroll concerns or questions about printing tax forms in QBO. I'm always ready to help. Take care, and have a great day, @augean.
