How can I see previous payrolls for a particular employee?

Let’s build the Paycheck History report to see previous payrolls for a particular employee. We'll have to go to the Reports Center to open it.

 

I’m here to help make sure you can do this task with a breeze. Here’s how:

 

  1. In your company, tap the Reports menu to open the Reports Center.
  2. Type Paycheck History in the Find report by name box.paycheck hx.png
  3. This action will take you to a page that shows a list of paychecks.
  4. Under Paycheck history, click the drop-down to select the date range you wish to run the statement.
  5. Press the Customize menu in the upper right to tailor the data.paycheck hx.1.png
  6. In the Customize report screen, tap the Employee drop-down and tick the box for the worker’s name you wish to add.paycheck hx.2.png
  7. Click Run report to apply the customization.paycheck hx.3.png
