Let’s build the Paycheck History report to see previous payrolls for a particular employee. We'll have to go to the Reports Center to open it.
I’m here to help make sure you can do this task with a breeze. Here’s how:
- In your company, tap the Reports menu to open the Reports Center.
- Type Paycheck History in the Find report by name box.
- This action will take you to a page that shows a list of paychecks.
- Under Paycheck history, click the drop-down to select the date range you wish to run the statement.
- Press the Customize menu in the upper right to tailor the data.
- In the Customize report screen, tap the Employee drop-down and tick the box for the worker’s name you wish to add.
- Click Run report to apply the customization.
