Thanks for visiting the Community, Gizzy. I'm here to help you ensure that the amounts of your accounts are reflected accurately.
If you're referring to your bank account balances, please keep in mind that the In QuickBooks Balance represents the total balance of all transactions you’ve added or matched in the register, excluding those unreviewed transactions. On the other hand, the Bank Balance reflects your actual bank balance from the last bank feed update.
If the bank balance exceeds your QuickBooks balance, specific transactions might be causing the difference. You'll want to consider categorizing and matching your downloaded transactions based on your bank statement to ensure they match.
Otherwise, you can manually update your bank to download the latest bank or checking transactions if the Bank Balance doesn't have the correct amounts:
- Go to Transactions, then click Bank transactions (Take me there).
- Select Update.
- Enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) if asked.
- Tap Continue update.

However, please provide additional details if you mean something else with your concern about accounts.
