Let me help you get the details of your QuickBooks Checking account and routing number in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The option to get a direct deposit (DD) form for your QuickBooks Checking Account is unavailable. We only have the DD form for your employees by navigating directly to the Taxes section. You can refer to this article to guide you through entering the employees' bank account information: Set up an employee for direct deposit.

On the other hand, we can access the Cash flow page to view the QuickBooks Checking account number or routing number. Let me guide you on how:

  1. Go to Dashboard on the left menu.
  2. Choose Cash flow.
  3. Select QuickBooks Checking, then click Manage.
  4. Tap the Account info tab to view your account number or routing number.

Once done, you can take a screenshot of the details and save it as a PDF file outside the program. For additional reference, you can check out this article to get more insights about managing your QuickBooks Checking account: Use your QuickBooks Checking account.

I've also included this relevant article that you may find useful for you and your business in the futureUsing the QuickBooks debit card to get your cash

If there's anything else that I can help you with aside from managing your QuickBooks Checking account or any QuickBooks-related, please let me know in the comments below. I'll be here ready to lend a helping hand. Have a good one.
