Your cache saves the files from many websites you visit, so you can quickly load the pages the following time. The browsing speed of websites like QBO may be impacted if the cache is retaining too much data.
It's a good idea to check for issues brought on by a full cache when browsing anonymously because doing so prevents the cache from recording your browsing data. You may also try to use other browsers.

I've done the steps and the workforce access button is missing. I also have reached out to intuit for help and they give me a link to request help as they cannot do logins. There is no person to speak to only message. They have not helped me resolve the issue and we have had no luck with changing phone numbers, emails, or any troubleshooting on my end. 03.22.2024

If you're referring to a missing Send Invite link, please know that we've received reports that Workforce users may encounter difficulties re-inviting employees after turning off Workforce access, resulting in the absence of the Send Invite link.
I recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team to be added to the affected users list. While we can't give a precise timeline for the fix, rest assured our engineers are actively working on a solution. Here's how:
For QBO Payroll Core, support is available Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PT. For QBO Payroll Premium and Elite, support is accessible anytime, any day.
If this isn't the case, use an alternative browser or device and utilize a different email for the employee to address the problem. As a workaround, you may want to print or email paystubs to employees who haven't been invited to Workforce yet.

To not have abilities in Desktop is crazy. NONE of my clients want online as it is worthless from a reporting standpoint. Will they put this into desktop or are our client's employees just screwed.
Can you recommend a software system that allows Desktop availability for workforce changes? I have clients that would like to move to a company that appreciates desktop users.
