Currently, we're unable to stop the pop-up ads in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You can close the ads by clicking the "X" or "Close" button manually. I'll take this one as feedback and submit this to our Engineering Team to boost your QBO experience.
In case you wanted to stop receiving ads in your email and phone, please know that you can change your Marketing Preferences in your account.
Here's how:

Somehow intuit finds a way to bombard us with marketing adds about additional funding, despite it not being desired or needed.
Then we can't get them to stop interfering with our work by shoving marketing popups or questionnaires in our faces on a regular basis.
Isn't it wrong for intuit to force us to deal with their own constant marketing to this captive audience? Especially when our only choice is to switch products to get relief. Don't we pay enough to be left advertising free if we want?
Hello, @gjr776. I want to thank you for the feedback on this issue.
This is not the impression we want to leave on you. We're continually working to improve our product.
I'll submit feedback to our Product Development Team about the pop-ups in your account.

The scary thing they know how much I make and Taylor the US-Mail, POP-UPs to the desired amount of money I would need if I was in trouble. This is preparatory lending approach. Thanks Goodness I have no debt and never got my self in trouble.

How can I get rid of these ridiculously bothersome pop-ups?
