Join nowYou can still create it in QB although it will be wrong form. Just select the proper dates. Print it out. Now transfer all the data to a fresh pdf fill in direct from irs.gov where fill-in forms are always available and free. Print and mail in with or without payment as required and to correct address as indicated
Thank you, great info. Is there a way to still e-file the 2019 941 for Q4? Or does it have to mailed? Thanks again.

I'm here to share additional information on submitting your prior 941 tax form.
We can no longer submit it via electronic filing in QuickBooks Desktop. What we can do is to download the form and print it, then manually submit or email it to the IRS.
