I am still not able to change the WA PFML rate using QBO. Customer support said there isn't anything they can do on their end. Is anyone else continuing to have this problem and have you found out any answers?

As of now, there's no update for the new Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave rate in our system. It should be available soon from the dropdown when changing state tax rates.

Once done, you can proceed to Workers or Employees and edit it in their Pay option #4.

Just be aware that 2023 taxes are wrong now too. I spent over an hour today with customer service and got nowhere. It appears that they are using 2022 rates even though they’ve been updated (and are labeled correctly).
