How to change the font on a paystub?

I'm here to help share information on how to change the font on a paystub.

In QuickBooks Desktop, you have the option to set up preferred fonts for your checks and paychecks prior to printing.

To change fonts for checks and paychecks from the Printer option, here's what you'll need to do:

1. Go to the File menu at the top.
2. Click Printer Setup.
3. Choose Check/Paycheck in the Form Name list.
4. Click Fonts tab, then click Font button.
5. Choose your preferred font, font style and size.
6. Click OK and OK again.

To change fonts for checks and paychecks from the Print Form option, here's how:

1. Go to the File menu at the top.
2. Choose Print Forms, then click Check or Paycheck.
3. In Select Checks or Paychecks screen, select the paycheck you would like to print.
4. Enter check number in the Check Number field.
5. To view printing options, click OK.
6. Click Fonts tab, then click Font button.
7. Choose your preferred font, font style and size.
8. Click OK and OK again.
